LUMZA Return & Refund Policy
At LUMZA, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our oral care products and want you to feel confident with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a clear and transparent 30-day return and refund policy.

30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In its original, unopened packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
  • Teeth whitening products that have been opened, used, or applied
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at ca.llcbusinessfl@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
  • LUMZA is not responsible for items lost in return transit without tracking.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a damaged item, or a defective product.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue. We will arrange a full replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product or variant, please return your original purchase following the process above and place a new order through our store.
