1. Order Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after an order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is typically up to 15 business days from the date your order is shipped.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier performance, weather conditions, customs processing, and periods of high order volume.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

If we offer free shipping promotions, those promotions will be clearly displayed on the website, product page, cart, or checkout page where applicable.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s tracking system after shipment confirmation.

5. International Shipping

LUMZA may offer international shipping to select countries where available.

International delivery times may vary based on destination, customs clearance, and local postal services. Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

LUMZA is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost shipments caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping information provided by the customer.

7. Delayed, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at ca.llcbusinessfl@gmail.com.

We will work with the shipping carrier to help locate the package and assist in resolving the issue where possible. Please note that once an order has been handed over to the carrier, shipping delays may be outside of our direct control.

8. Damaged Deliveries

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the package and product condition. We will review the issue and help determine the next steps.
